What your first assessment may involve

Assess the strength, endurance and physical qualities relevant to your goals.

Develop clear priorities and an individual starting plan based on your assessment, preferences and goals.

Progress towards the demands of your chosen exercise, sport, work or everyday activities.
Rehabilitation is adjusted according to your response and progress rather than following a fixed, one-size-fits-all program.
What to expect at your first appointment
Your first appointment provides time to discuss your lower-back pain, health history, current activities and goals. You will then complete a relevant physical assessment and develop a clear starting plan tailored to your needs.
